I. Summary
Blower for circulating fluidized bed boiler (or primary air fan, secondary air fan), induced draft fan, slag cooler fluidized fan and reflux valve, is the dedicated fan for circulating bed boiler of various tonnage. The medium for fan delivery is smoke, the maximum temperature should be lower than 250℃, the delivery medium of other fans is air, the maximum temperature should be lower than 80℃ and the dust concentration in the medium should be lower than 200mg/m3.
The supporting blower for circulating fluidized bed boiler, most of them are centrifugal fan with higher pressure and flow. The required quantity, variety is different to the boiler of different tonnage. Such as, except blower, induced draft fan, it can sometimes set up primary air fan and secondary air fan. Generally speaking, if the air quantity and pressure of your expected fan has 20% difference with the sample, the appearance and installation size is not need change, by the motor power should be increased or decreased.
Applicable boiler tonnage: 20t/h, 30t/h, 35t/h, 50t/h, 75t/h, 130 t/h, 220t/h.
